ASV Automatic Balancing Valves

ASV valves are an efficient automatic balancing solution for various riser based heating applications, particularly radiator heating in residential buildings. A riser is controlled by two valves.

In the return an ASV differential pressure controller is mounted. There are two types of differential pressure controller: The ASV-P is a differential pressure controller with a fixed setting of 10 kPa. The ASV-PV is an adjustable differential pressure controller available for several Dp setting ranges, also depending on dimensions of the valves: 5 to 25 kPa, 20 to 40 kPa, 35 to 75 kPa, and 60 to 100 kPa. In the supply an ASV-I or ASV-M is mounted. The ASV-M is a manual shut-off valve and the ASV-I is a manual presetting/balancing valve that can be used to limit the flow.

ASV-P

ASV-P

Automatic Balancing valve ASV-P maintains constant differential pressure across the riser. The ASV-P has a fixed setting of 10 kPa (0,1 Bar)

ASV-PV

ASV-PV
Automatic balancing valves ASV-PV maintains a constant differential pressure across the riser. The ASV-PV has an adjustable setting of the differential pressure.

ASV-BD

ASV-BD

The ASV-BD is partner valve for ASV-P(V). It has perfect shut-off function due to built-in ball valve, drain capacity and can be used both as flow limiting device and troubleshooting valve.

ASV-I

ASV-I
Adjustment valve ASV-I is used together with riser valve ASV-P/PV to control the differential pressure in risers where the radiator valves have no presetting facilities. ASV-I gives maximum limitation of water flow and the riser can be shut off by turning the knob fully clockwise.

ASV-M

ASV-M
Shut-off and measuring valve ASV-M is used together with automatic balancing valves ASV-P or ASV-PV to control the differential pressure in risers where the radiator valves have presetting facilities.
